Geoffrey is responsible for managing and executing client engagements, performing company and industry analyses, as well as completing business development responsibilities. Geoffrey has been involved in M&A, public equity, private equity, and convertible debt transactions with clients across BPO, Enterprise Software, IT services, Digital Media, Wireless Technology, and IT Supply Chain.
Geoffrey returns to MW after working for Wedbush Securities as an Associate in its Technology Investment Banking Group where he focused on Digital Media, Wireless Technology, and Enterprise Software. Geoffrey started his career at Newstar Financial where he evaluated debt financing opportunities in connection with middle market leveraged buyouts.
Geoffrey graduated cum laude from Boston University with a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Law, and completed a minor in History while running Varsity Track and Cross Country. Geoffrey is a FINRA registered broker.
