Analyst
Steve is responsible for supporting the execution of M&A transactions, analyzing business performance, and performing company and industry analyses. Prior to joining martinwolf, Steve worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the middle market commercial bank underwriting credit for IT Outsourcing, SaaS, and IT Infrastructure Services companies in Silicon Valley. Steve's other experiences include working as a Collateralized Debt Obligation analyst at LaSalle Bank and as an analyst in the business development group at L&T Infotech in Pune, India.
Steve holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with dual degrees in finance and real estate.
