Sunil is responsible for transaction execution and business development. He has more than 15 years of operational and transactional experience in the IT services industry.
Prior to joining MW, Sunil was president of Evergreen Co. LLC, and advised CEOs at staffing, outsourced product development, ERP/CRM implementation, consumer internet, mobile web and SaaS companies on M&A and capital financing. Prior to Evergreen, he co-founded and was CEO of Beganto Inc., a SaaS based opportunity management company in the electronics industry.
Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Sunil was an investment banker in Morgan Stanley’s Technology Group where he raised over $400 million in public markets for companies in IPO and secondary offerings. He also advised clients on complex joint ventures, spin-offs, M&A and LBO transactions. Sunil started his career as a process engineer for MEMC Electronic Materials and is the lead author on a patent for controlling semiconductor crystal growth.
Sunil holds a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, MS from Washington University in St. Louis, MBA from the University of Chicago, and a black belt in Tae Kwan Do.
